Poor service

I have app**** for UIF from September 2014 at Ga-rankuwa.<br> I have travelled for more than 5 months , waking up at 1 am to book for cues , but even today I have not received a cent from UIF.<br> <br> Now I have made a few calls regarding the matter and I have been told my paper work has never been submitted since September.<br> Now I question the managers ability to delegate, control and make follow ups .<br> How does a person like that be given such a huge responsibility when its clear that he is ***********.<br> <br> I urge the department to do something about the matter and allow us to use other Labour facilities as Ga-RANKUWA branch is a puppet show.
