Poor service

I app**** for my uif on the 24th of Augast 2020 after being retrenched and i was told that I must wait 35 days.

On the 21st of October after not recieving any feedback I went to a local Labour offices and I was told to wait fdor an sms ,on the 23 of October I received ana sms says my aplication was rejected than I need to go department of Labour for Appeal.

So stressing this thing.
