Poor service

I've been traveling 80km to labour department postmansburg northern cape since last year September no luck in the people helping everyday was an excuse was given a date to come sign 3months later till today no help visited the branch yesterday before that tried calling all their numbers no answer got therewas told my application was cancelled now have to wait for 2 whole weeks for a response still have to travel 80km again to be told an excuse due to them not doing their job and moping around on their cellphone not helping people in need I'm suffering and in debt because of this team letting me down
