Poor Service

<p>My Dad has been submitting his Uif forms at Delareyville. He got paid only once in December , and he continue submitting the forms they gave him every month, Then last week he decided to go to the offices in Lichtenburg to find out what is holding his payment, to his surprise his forms was not received then his payment was put on hold which is nonsense, they then said to him that they have fixed everything on their side then he has to wait for 10 days then he will receive his payment. 10 days passed and there is nothing in his bank, then i decided to phone them today to find out, I spoke to the lady by the name of Tsholo, she told me that my Dad's payment has been blocked and they need to send the query to Mafikeng to unblock it, i mean why didnt they just told my father that. This people are just playing games with old people i mean my Dad has been contributing for 32 year but he struggling so much to get what he deserve. This is really unaccepted.</p>
