Poor service

Good day I am really frustrated right now the department of labour has a very slow and poor service. I app**** on online on the 2nd February 2021 and I got an sms that says I should wait for 35 days, I waited no response or communication on the 38th day I decided to call its then when they told me that there’s two outstanding documents I need to send. Should I have not called who would have told me about those documents??? I sent the documents and the consultant told me after 10 my application will be completed it’s 10 days today and I called them I spoke to Nokwanda Nxumalo she now tells me about another 35 days. This is not fair at all from 2 February I don’t have money and I have a son to support since the retrenchment in January I don’t have anything income, everytime you call them you get a different story I even wrote a complaint to their complaint department but I have received anything. I’m starving I need money pls assist hello Peter please.
