Poor service

I've never experienced such poor service in my entire life and no one is willing to take accountability. I claimed for my maternity benefits in December and til now I haven't been paid. In January they said my application was declined when I asked the reason no one has an answer. When I contact them they say my money will be in in the next 3-5 days yet nothing ever comes through.
