Poor service

I app**** for uif maternity benefits last year November, I went on maternity the next month December 2021. To my understanding I was suppose to give every document required to the Labour department before giving birth which I did. I have been calling the department for six month and each time I call, I am told different stories by their consultants, some say they did not receive my documents, some say my application is complete and my matter will be escalated. For 6 month this has been happening and yet no solution.

The Labour department is an inconvenience and they are not helpful at all. You will stay 6 months with a new born child with no income and they do NOT care. It's disgusting what they do to people.
