Poor service

Today I was at department of labour in "Standerton" at Mpumalanga .I arrived there around 7:00 morning with the hope that I will finish early, but I got very disappointment and hurt broken with the service we received. One of the employees his name David...he was so rude to us, he told us that it cold we must go outside to busk the sun as they are also cold they can't help us and we must come back 10:00 . I thought he was joking hey! And we waited until that time. This was my first time experiencing such "terrible poor services". I so wish that this matter can be investigated and the MEC of labour intervene. Really such incident must not persist!
