Poor service

Good day my name is Mitchell Makunyane. I lost my job around June2025 my boss left without telling us anything only to find out that the company was liquidated. Ok the liquidation company assisted us with how to claim for our unemployment benefit.

I have app**** and its been almost 2 months i haven't received any response when i contact the labour help line im not getting any assistance please help the services are very poor..
