Poor Service

I received a phone call from Workmans Compansation fund on the 28 April 2018 say that my claim has been approved I only need to full in the final progress report in order for me to receive the pay out before the end of that week . The person that called me told me also the amount of money i will receive . So on the 30th April 2018 i travel from johannesburg to pretoria to get the form fulled in by the Dr at mamelodi day hospital and than had it faxed to Compansation fund . I than received another phone call that i need to full in a final form i than had to travel again to pretoria to see Mrs Celina Hendricks on second floor . She than informed me that i need to get the injury on duty form from work and get back to her office before 16:30 and i did so . Mrs Celina called the folowing day saying that i might and might not be payed out .. I am suffering serious head injurys and the docters stated that my brain is completly demaged and because of that i will never be able to work again in my life . I am suffering alzimers and meagrains because of this and i have proof to show that my injury is seriuos ... im very unhappy about the way i have been given false hope and had to travel all the way to pta for nothing henche i am not going to leave it like this i will take legal action
