Poor service

I was retrenched by my employer last year July, in September I submitted my uif claim even got an sms that stated I should come after 35 days when I got there after 35 days I was told my documents are reflecting on the system I had to back re do some of the things but still i waited and waited, I haven't received any communication or payment. I have been sending numerous emails to the Senior by the name of Kevin and I am not getting any response.. I am very disappointing.
