Poor Service

I have register for uif withdrawl on 12/12/2015 in Vredenburg. They told me that it should take 5 to 6 weeks. After 6 weeks they told me that they did not work on my application. Every time when I phone I was told to phone back in couple of days time. Eventuallyend of January I was told that they have worked on my application. On 04/02/2016 after I have phoned again I was told that it was approved and they need to varify my banking details for payment to be done only to see that on their system the application date and the approval date was the same. Now since 04/02/2016 I had to follow up again only to be told that the application was send back to Cape Town for the problem to be rectified ?????. I have send 2 emails last week for assistance and no reply from anyone. No one can tell me now how long it would take to be finalized. We are now in week 9 and still awaiting for finilazation. This is poor sevice from Goverment personel and is not in line with their mission statement.
