poor service

I had been up and down to the uif office for the last 4 months now up and down to the bank as well I am becoming trouble as to why my money keeps bouncing and every reason given by the department makes no sense I am in need of my money as I am out of work...please help me I don't know what else to do they don't seem to be treating this as urgent
