Poor service

Hi am still not happy with labour dept service at richardsbay the way people even old people have to wait from 5am till 7:30 am in the cold and labour staff will come at 7 to 7:30 and have their coffee or whatever then start working at 8 not all of them only 2 people one issuing numbers and one helping the already signing people .please something must be done to improve the service
