poor service

I have an issue whereby my UIF payment was reversed by a standard bank consultant , the funds returned to the UIF ,but now I am being told I cannot get my money back due to my surname that is Patel on the system , but my bank account is August, I am highly irritated with this department ,what I would like to know is why when I submitted my forms 6 months ago while I was on maternity leave to the labour department in roodepoort did they accepted my forms with no hassle ,and your head office in Pretoria released my payment, now this branch in Braamfontein is being so difficult , the people I dealt with so far are Pat Mkhabela , Matjatji Motale , Cynthia Ngwane and some lady by the name of Helen that were of no help to me. I need this sorted as soon as possible but I do not want to deal with the above mentioned people.
