POOR Service

Worst service every!!! First they forgot to upload my application, lost my paperwork and decided to reject my application. I spent 4months at home with our little boy, no income, new depth because I had to buy food and pay my older childs school fees etc. Today it is 5months since my first submission and all they can tell me is that they will escalate the application. By this time my paperwork must be on the moon already because escalation is the only feedback I get. Mothers go through birth, little sleep, no pay and still we have to put food on the table and smile without any support from the state.
