Poor service

I was told that my payment will be processed in 7 working day ls mean while apparently their system hasn't been processing mayments since the 29th??? Hi have kids to feed rent to pay and most importantly A JOB TO LOOK FOR!!!, INTERVIEWS TO ATTEND
