Poor ridiculous wait on Payment!!! 😐

I'm experiencing a difficulty time with regards my claim, & it has long pass the turnaround time Its frustrating to keep doing follow up & being told query is being escalated with no solution!!! Department of Labour is falling me. Submitted all required documents I'm being told that it the system I'm tired of waiting I want my money!!!!
