Poor public service delivery

My wife has been retrenched for 4 months and She claimed for UIF which she has been contributing to ever since she was employed in 2005, She went the Department of Labour in Leupardflei in Krugersdorp 4 months ago and to date nothing has been forthcoming when she personally went there to make follow ups she was eighther told that the systems are not working or the person responsible is not available basically being taken from pillar to post which is frustrating because I am a Public Servant myself and I feel that some public servants are compromising and not adhering to the Batho Pele principles in ensuring effective and efficient service delivery which renders all of us typical public servants and our image being dragged more into the dark light. I strongly believe that our government departments have changed systems for the better and that some public servants are not doing their work.
