Poor poor service

Hi am tebatjo makoti I have app**** for maternity benefits 20/11/2021 online after I gave birth I went straight to labour they told me that they need the salary schedule I went back to work and they gave it to me and I went back to labour they told me that at work or my company must update my details on the unfilling system they did that when I go back to labour they told me that my baby is six months they can't help me I then call uif call center they told me that they are still buzy with the application every time when I do follow up they told me that they will escalate it I don't know if I will get help or must I forget about my baby benefits
