Poor or should I say worst state service ever!!

Worst state service, very poor.

The department has got very arrogant Agents, who is not even willing to even entervein when I needed help with the information they require from my previous HR, as I could not get it as to which documents are they looking for exactly.

What a straining 4 months for me and my baby sitting without a payment, and ended up in depts. I wrote emails, but who cares because know one had even had the decency just to respond to my emails.

Since I have been waiting for the finalization of payment which was 7 to 10 days ago even now I am still waiting to be notified. There systems is very poor all the time I had scan and email to them but the is no turnaround only after days i need to check and phone the callcentre again.

I am just wondering now because I am back to work and I haven't got a cent from Labour, what will happen. I AM STILL WAITING!! AND VERY TIRED OF SENDING DOCS AND ALSO PHONING ITS ALMOST 6 MONTHS NOW!!
