Poor Governance in RSA

The department of UIF in South Africa has made our company employees to fight with management about the TERS lockdown monies several times, we experiencing unnecessary work stoppages due to disorganisation of our Labour Department. The employees have not got their promised monies from May up to date. we leaving in a very uncaring country, people are staving and fight with employers unnecessary just because of our poor governance.
