Poor execution of benefits

<p>I jave been on maternity leave since May 2016 have only received 1 benefit payout however was told that i should return for an enquiry on 29 July and as it was on a saturday I went to the labour department on the 1st of August as I havent received a payment the clerk assisted me and said my payment is pending, still with no idea of whats happening I left since the 1st I have not received any payment them returned on the 5th then the clerk informed me my payment is still pending as the person that has to capture my papers is off sick but will be back on monday the 8th so I just have to wait until she captures it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have obligations but seeing as my finamcial stability lies in the hands of someone who is off sick does the department not have anyone else capturing or doing that persons job? How many other people need to wait as we have an entire department but only 1 person doing a specific job reaponsible for thousands of people getting their benefits paid out that is deducted without a doubt on a monthly basis with no waiting period even if I was off sick.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is pathetic that you have to complete the documents submit then still have to run around after dont we respect each other to complete and do things right the first time.</p>
