Poor customer service at Soweto branch(Orlando)

I have app**** for Maternity uif claim at department of Labour Orlando in Soweto... They have told me that my payment will kick in automatically... I did receive first payment in August, but second payment it was a problem... I tried calling the department no one answers the line or they will hang up line in your ears... Now it's my third payment again I tried calling no one was answering the line . Finally when they answer your call nobody knows anything when you will receive your payment, some lady just told me that she is sending a list, I don't know to whom or which department.. when I asked her when will I receive my payment she just told me she doesn't know she is only sending a list... I'm sooo angry and fastrated of the incompetence of the staff working at labour.... Today it's 20th I have not received my money.
