Poor Customer service

I went to Dep of Labour in Secunda last monday but my claim was not paid but others that were there on the same day their money was paid. When I went back to enquire they told me that i should wait for 10 working days and no one ever bothered to check if the claim was in progress or there are no more available funds for me because i suspect that my Payment Form is lost or misplaced by someone. No one cares because someone should check if the claim is in process so that I wait knowing that my claim will finally be paid. Currently this is my only income, i don't have grocery, rent and the kids school transport
