Poor customer service

I went to the department of labour in welkom on the 12th. The man who was assisting me was unprofessional, he was busy talking to a colleague, he didn't even look at me or greet me. Gave me a form to fill in which I did. He never once checked anything on the system. I asked him how much and when will I get the funds his response was 'I can pay it in 2-3 weeks because you ask too many questions' he then put my form on a pile of other forms and told me to leave. 10 working days later I still haven't received anything and their phone is never answered
