Poor Community Service

Government system of South Africa iyenyanyisa....you go to Department of Labour you dont get any assistance bcz their server is always down. If you can see how long queues are in Orlando West (Soweto). This is unacceptable!!! It seems like people are just making excuses of not wanting to work ..I really dont Know!!! Its week 2 going there wanting to submit my documentation for the Unemployed Insurance Fund but I haven't got any assitance since. Either the server is down or either Load sheddding excuses, and it really cost me a lot of money on a daily basis to go there everyday and i.I'm unemployed at that time. I tried to go to other Labour Department offices but I was told that I need to go to Orlando West where I started.
