Please review this matter urgently!!!!!!

Hi there, I am having a very unfortunate time trying to get to my u.i.f I handed in my complete documentation around the 25th September. I was retrenched 21July. I was then informed in this process that a few things where not added or complete. I this went and completed them and got the good to go from the gentleman who took my documentation the last time I was there which was on the 25Th September. I was informed that if I had not heard anything by this timeline of 34 days for some reason I must come in and make an enquiry which I then did today. I was told my paperwork was lost but all my employment details on the system were correct.as a person who is inquiring and applying for the first time I find this whole place is extremely confusing. He then gave me a bank form so the bank can confirm my banking details which I went and done after a long day in the sun. I was then asked to take these banking details and hand them in and at the back right my physical address phone number and all my previous employment details as well as what my highest education level was which was grade 12????? He then said, he will make sure that they processed my claim this very day and that I would receive an SMS which I have not.I'm unaware of why I was asked to complete all these things if I was told initially that what I had handed in was complete and good to go so to speak. I feel the department is dragging feet and have a huge backlog which is not my fault.we are in the midst of an economic crisis and any and every kind of fund at this point in time is critical especially after being retrenched. my agency in receiving my unemployment fund has gone from urgentto absolutely critical if I'm to find new employment and feed my family in the process. So the man in question who has been dealing with this case his job is to basically be the messenger he grabs all documentation in the morning goes inside the department finds out whatthey need or if they claim is good to go and they can go home and will expect the payments or a phone call. Unfortunately this person changes from day-to-day start I'm an able to get the name of this person. Please look into this query as a matter of urgency! we have waited long enough and food is depleting petrol is depleting and I hope I've looking for new work is looking more and more grim by the day.
