Please kindly assist me with my application/query - I am in distress and don't get any feedback on the matter below. I know all is over-worked and you have plenty on your plate as is, but please I only ask for 5 minutes. Good day

Please note that I am aware of the first payment of R5 332.16 Received on the 6th of May 2020 - after I have spent hundreds of rands on data and airtime to get anyone to assist me as from 26th March 2020. I did not receive any income (salary) for the month of February, March, April, and only R5 332.16 for May. This sadness me for I am ill and could not pay my rent for 4 months - my Landlord served me with an Eviction letter today. After I received the above once-off payment - I booked a consultation with my doctor to complete another medical form for the continuation of payment which I already submitted on the 18th of May 2020 - now I am told to wait another 28 days? - meaning that I will only get paid when the paymaster will give the go-ahead ... and when will this be??? Are you talking about 28 business days or calendar days how can this be....was I paid R5 332.16 for 3 months of NO INCOME?

Please I do not understand?

Can anyone explain, please.
