Please HELP! Our complaints fall on def ears. We need EFF here

I am actually reading the reviews and I am sad to say that I am experiencing a big problem too. I have been sending documents since March 2023. They keep making up stories every time. I was even told that my application was late at some point. I have been emailing the labour department complaints line after every phone call, I just get a generic message with a case number and no one gets back to me or resolves the issue. We honestly need to do something about this. If there is anyone who knows who we can contact, please help. I am sick and tired of this government and their empty promises yet they are deducting from my salary.
