Please help

Hi We have been waiting for our uif claim to be paid for for 2 years . It is being held up by pietermaritzberg and they are just sitting on it . Both my wife and I are waiting for a payment over R50000 and have additional claims that can't be processed until the original claim is settled as we are told b the account is on hold.
