Placed to serve not play hide and seek!

I was taken from Pilar to post by a team leader named Siphiwo for a period of 2 weeks, I constantly had to call him while he went AWOL after promising to get back to me in 5 minutes or so with feedback. He would promise to send emails in vain, mind you this was all for a claim made in May. He was so nonchalant because he wasn't suffering at all, I called almost daily and would be transferred from this person to the next. The incompetence is totally beyond me and it is probably because calls are through a call center and there are no direct lines, it is very suspicious that money is being discussed in such a manner where there is no transparency. Surely such government department should be held accountable because ***** can easily happen, I haven't received any feedback regarding a way forward nor the decency of an explanation of what is happening but I sure am not going to let it slide. People will not only sit in air-conditioned offices but they will serve. If taxes will be taken then they should benefit the person who woke up daily to make up...
