Piece of **** UIF department

My request has been sent to the Paymaster on the 26th of April. Be aware that I FIRST app**** for my UIF on the 22nd of October 2020. I have now waited 7 months for my UIF money. This is beyond pathetic. I have tried calling every day for the last week and the phone is either dead, or busy. My case number that went to the Paymaster is ***. Can someone at this pathetic and useless department at least TRY to do their job and just give me my money? Start by answering the ****ing phone when I try to call.
