i have lodged my uif claim with the department of labour<br> With no luck. My submission of forms was finalized on the<br> 28 August 2015 meaning on the date above I submitted<br> Every piece of documentation needed for claiming. I have<br> Since been given signing dates of which upon arrival I am told<br> That I should return or call some numbers which ring unanswered<br> Every single day. And when I call their call centre to enquire<br> About the progress of the claim I will hold up to 20 30 minutes<br> To no response at times it will just hang up. I believe that this<br> Department is not working for its people, these are the people<br> Who lack income. May we please be assisted
