Payment woes from Department of Labour UIF

If I could give no star I would. I have been waiting one year and 5 months for my UIF payment. This is utterly ridiculous! Online submissions as well as manual submissions and emails back and forth a dni am still waiting. I even received an email saying FNB is not a major bank which payments are made to, can you believe that! I have submitted continuation of benefits as requested filled in jumerous UI2.8 and UI49 forms and nothing... I am utterly disappointed that thr Payment Master (finance department) does not correspond to the escalations sent via the UIF customer service agent and its pathetic to have to 3ait so log whilst unemployed after being retrenchment!!! Come on Dept of labour's get back to me please!!!!!
