Payment request still pending since 2020 December

My name is Sylvester Mpanza used to be employed , got retrenched 2019 due to section 189A. Submitted my documents then got payments but on the 14th December 2020 payments stopped got notification via case no. *** that payment is done and payment was made on 5 March 2021 (which I didnt receive) so ever since then I have been making follow ups to no help at all. On the 20th of January 2023 since I didnt get help online then went to Randburg offices 3 times including today 8 February 2023 where im always in ques of enquiry and payments but nobody is giving me a solution as on the 20th of January 2023 was told I will be paid within 10 business working days as its the last payment due to me. Im dissapoint because I was told to que for enquiry to find out whats the issue but in that department was told that I didnt prioritize UIF money and sent back to que for payments which I couldnt do as im still unemployed and its a cost I could be using to buy food to eat. Im still with no payment and no reason why I cant receive my remaining funds
