Payment request not being paid and no communication from them why you didn't get your money

Last year 2025 I lost a job on February after I worked for the company for 5years. After that I went to department of labour for unemployment insurance fund, of which i did receive for April and Mayo. In June I didn't receive i try to do follow up through calls and went to their labour center in somerset west, to find out what's the hold up. I didn't receive answers, I made another request for July I did receive till November 2025. On the 10th of December I made another online payment request but till today i didn't receive all I'm getting is that they will send scale, then when i made a call after a day or2 someone will tell me he/she will do ascalation to check what's the hold up.Till today I didn't gat the money for December and now it's almost end of January no one cares to call and explain what is going on.Very very poor service from department of labour even the security in somerset west can give you the date to come back there as if she's working inside, when you need information inside he won't allow you to go and ask as a results other people ended up not getting their money.
