payment of uif

Was retrenched in december and january I submitted my documents online and registered for a logging and password. Online I monitored thhe process and print the proof on 6/5/2015 they aid payment done and on 14/5/2015 payment cancelled,I phoned them and they said they haven't received any documents I got proof where they said documents received,I e-mailed all documents today again and I want to know why do I have to wait 5 mnths for a payment,what is going on? Why say payment done and if I complaint I have not received it they cancel the payment
