Payment not received for over a year

Honestly i dont believe i will ever get my claim, I've sent everything as requested but even now im still waiting for payment, no one seem to be interested to assist with my claim. For the past 14 months they tell me the same thing, claim is still with pay master even today how am i supposed to survive with my family, rather they cancel everything cos im not winning, . By right the pay master should hold our docs for 4-6 weeks before they process payment but i waited from last year october till this day no payment received
