PAYMENT NOT DONE TILL THIS DAY

Last year unfortunately I got retrenched from a company, then this year on the 3rd January 2021 decided to claim my UIF money but till this day 12 February 2021, nothing has happened and the weird thing about all this is every time I login on the website, It has payment done but I have not received any amount. Call centre is useless because they keep on telling me to wait 10 days but come on that has already passed. I have submitted my document. I really need help on this matter.
