Payment issue

Extremely bad service from the consultants on different occasions, lack of customer experience however always asking for ratings...The worst department ever.

Even if you ask to speak to Superiors , no one knows anything, My claim was submitted on the 18th September still awaiting payment way after TAT yet u never someone competent enough to advise of process thereafter.

Waste of time and to even call that *********** department
