Good day,

I hope this email finds you well.

I would like to inquire about my UIF payments as I have received a first payment of about 5k in May and R900 in June.

I then submitted another continuation of benefits on 07/06/2023 which paymaster closed on 12/06/2023 and I received an sms to say I would receive payment within 7 working days.

After having waited until 04/07/2023 I was advised that no payment has been captured and the matter would be escalated. I was aldi advised to visit my local centre which I did and they told me that I have been paid in full.

What puzzles me is that my declarations run from 2019 until March 2023 at my last employment. I was told a claim that I had made was rejected in 2022 and I emphasised on the matter that I would not have processed a claim in 2022 as I was working at the time.

I would like a clear breakdown of my payments and also showing which companies contribution was allocated at which stage because this really feels like ***** at this point.
