Payment delayed complain

15th August 2024 I received sms from dept of labour “Dear KGALALELO UIF: Your request for payment Case No:400099…… has been received and will be processed within 5 working days.. Enquiries contact local Labour Centre . Case No : 400099…..” No payment received as yet 🙇🏾 The service is pathetic,it’s an addition of frustrations and stress in people’s lives,it’s not nice to be unemployed.
