PAYMENT DELAY ON UIF IS UNBEARABLE

I will complain about the centre in President Street Germiston, the security guards accept bribes for someone to be on he Que, service is extremely slow. It doesnt matter what time you arrive. My application was done on 13 Feb todate 11 Mar no payment. When you call the call centre they are mean I spoke to Lebohang few mins ago he cannot answer the questions I ask him very easy questions he says I dont give him a chance. Last week Wednesday I went to Centre they asked for documents that call centre said they need. Getting there the consultant said no need call centre agents know nothing I must bring bank statement showing the salary I was earning at a previous employer until today I have not been paid or received an update.
