Payment delay for more than 2 months now

Hi , I made a claim on the 11th of July 2023 and also on the 8th of August 2023 , up until this day I still have not received any payments from them , they told me that I would receive my payment within 15 working days and I still have not received any sort of payment for the mentioned months . I made calls through to the call centre and sent emails through to the complaints department and still no money nor feedback

They keep on giving me lies and telling me that they busy processing my payment but its now been more than a month and still nothing on my side its bad , I mean i have a 3 year old son that needs formular milk and nappies , i need to pay for my rent and i need to buy food , this had been effecting me mentally because I have so much to think of and the fact that I need to go borrow money from other people while I have money to be paid out to me they dont understand the amount of stress they putting me through because even the team leaders **** to me about paying out my money . One consultant told me that the claim I made for July would be paid out on the 3rd of August 2023 I still did not get anything back , When I visit the labour centre than they closed they said that they working from home which is unfair
