payment cancelled and all document uploaded

I app**** for uif 01/07/2015 ,i received one payment only R4600 and i was told my money is finished .<br> i contributed uif for the past 10 years and my latest salary was R14000.<br> i enquired with uif department and the answer i got was that my credit decreased and i must provide them with other ui19 which they previously advise me that it's declared on line already by previous employer (nashua mobile )<br> i went back to submit all documents required they were scanned and payment master cancelled my payment .<br> <br> this is unfair .i don't even have food to eat and yet they are keeping my money .<br>
