Payment...

I dont know where to start...... I did an application on the 06 August 2023......i have been waiting on payment since then..... I have been calling emailing.... And all they do is tell me i need to wait 15 working days.. This is my 6th payment the previous payments didnt take so long.... Its a whole up and don't and its frustrating.... Because u need to make way to call them.... Then when u do u speak to different consultants whole time giving u different information.... I am really so so upset..... Becuz for your own money u must hear so much stories... The log a case and send u a case number but never do u hear the issue has been solved... I am so disappointed..... For mny reasons so alot i have to say..... Just that this is poor... For a government.... Institution... Service is very bad
