Paymaster cancelled continuation 3 time on ufiling without reason therefore the staff cannot assist with proper responses

I am currently unemployed. App**** for uif in September 2017 and was paid in October 2017. I was advised to do the ufiling continuation 28 days after i received my first payment on 15 November 2017 i did the continuation and to date i have app**** 3 times and the request was cancelled by the paymaster consecutively from the 15 November to date. I phoned the call centre and was asked to submit bank statements followed by uif documents which i emailed to them and still it has been cancelled. I am in desperate need for your assistance as you cannot speak to a supervisor or anyone senior.
