Paymaster

I started claiming my UIF after my contract has been terminated in November 2021, I got the sms to confirm that every document they requested is in order then I got another sms that I'll receive the pay out within 7working days and I did receive my first payment & second in that order, the problem now is when I did my 3rd COB I never received any messages instead the whole process delayed when I called to confirm they said the claims are temporary closed from 24-31 March 2022 mind you I did the COB & Submitted on the 16 March with no SMS confirming nor email but the status since the 16/03/2023 has been saying sent to paymaster, it's been a long time now I rely on this money for Rent and food while I'm still looking for employment but the kind of delays and incompetence in that paymaster department is unbecoming it's always excuses if it's not the system then they will promise you of escalating the matter but you won't get any feedback, I just need to know if they'll process my claim and when will it be done, I need proper communication from that paymaster department like they used to
