Paying UIF is pointless, the refuse to pay you when you claim by saying your claim is with the assessor for months on end

Worst service ever, the consultants are rude both on site and telephonically. They tell you they don't have a set turnaround time even though their website and documents say they do and when you question that they tell you answering that is not in their job descriptions. I've been waiting for 3 additional weeks from the commitment date and nothing has been received from them.
